Order Policy:

Bourghol Brothers Jewelers operates from Tuesday - Saturday.  All orders received by 12:00pm EST will be processed the same day.  Orders received after 12:00pm EST Saturday will be processed on the following Tuesday.  All items will usually ship in 5 - 7 business days.  In the event an item is backordered, you will be notified of the backorder promptly, at which time you may choose to cancel your order.  In the event you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, we would appreciate prompt notification so as to avoid shipping the item to you.  In the event your order has been shipped prior to you notifying us of your cancellation, you will be able to return the item back to us subject to our Return Policy listed below.

Return Policy:

Bourghol Brothers Jewelers offers a 7 day return policy on all items, for a full refund or exchange.  All items must be returned to us either in person, or through an insured courier service, in brand new condition, showing no signs of tamper, wear or abuse, and must be returned with all accompanying receipts and documentation provided at the time of sale.  Please be sure that all items returned via courier service are insured, as all uninsured packages will be refused delivery, and sent back to you.  If the items to be returned do not meet the criteria as previously stated, then your return may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the total purchase price, which shall be determined at our sole discretion.  If the items to be returned are found to have been tampered with in any way, or in so much as show any sign of excessive wear or abuse, it is at the sole discretion of Bourghol Brothers Jewelers to outright refuse the return of any or all items showing such wear and/or abuse.  Any attempt to defraud the company will result in a rejection of your return at our sole discretion.

Shipping Policy:

Bourghol Brothers Jewelers offers free shipping on items priced at or above $200.00.  Any item that is priced below $200.00 will be subject to a shipping and handling fee.  All items will be insured and shipped via United States Postal Service Express Mail.  Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your package has been shipped, and will contain a tracking number for your package.  You can track your package online using http://www.usps.com.  For your security and ours, we cannot ship to an address different from the billing address.

The prices shown on this website reflect the current price of each item in our catalog.  Due to the volatility in the prices of precious metal markets and gemstones, prices are subject to change without notice.  Any change in price is at the sole discretion of Bourghol Brothers Jewelers, and will be updated accordingly on this website.  All prices are quoted in USD.
