When you come in to have your piece created, you will work with one of our designers to come up with the perfect design to fit the look that you desire.

The process starts with an explanation and rough sketch of your piece, including the determination of metal and stone preference.  This serves as the starting point for the work to begin, and your piece will start its journey from inception to completion.  Depending on the design, your piece will be created in either wax or metal form, which you will view and approve.  Once approved, the model then goes into the final manufacturing stages.  Your piece will be hand finished to perfection through different methods of filing and polishing.  It is at this point, if your piece is to be set with gemstones, that the setting will be completed.  Once completed, the piece will receive its final polishing and finish, and is ready for delivery.
